Key Responsibility:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Formulate and implement comprehensive quarterly marketing strategies to increase project awareness and generate high-quality leads within approved marketing budgets.
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns to ensure effective ROI.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Plan, launch, and monitor digital and social media campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and Channel Partner walk-ins.
- Work closely with digital agencies to optimize campaign performance and lead quality.
Sales & Channel Partner Alignment
- Ensure continuous alignment between marketing initiatives, sales teams, and Channel Partners to maximize conversions and walk-ins.
- Support sales teams with relevant marketing collaterals and campaign insights.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Conduct walk-in and booking analysis to understand buyer demographics and preferences.
- Track competitor pricing, offers, strategies, and new project launches to support strategic decision-making.
ATL / BTL Execution
- Plan and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities through empanelled vendors.
Ensure quality execution, cost control, and compliance with brand and organizational guidelines.

- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience working in an active and dynamic workforce as part of a growing team.
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Good knowledge of Brand marketing, PR, Content Management, Digital, and Performance marketing.
- Skills like - Tech savvy, Brand planning, Consumer initiatives & insights, market intelligence, Business model, and budget management across various geographies.
- A strategic approach with the ability to see the - big picture- and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization
- Strong business acumen with high EQ.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
